Sustainability is core to the brand: through the MASAMI Institute, they support marine biology research to protect and restore ocean life in northeastern Japan. From their signature Mekabu Hydrating Shampoo, Conditioner, Styling Cream, and Shine Serum to new launches like the Wabi Sabi Scalp Scrubber and body care, every product is infused with fresh, food-grade mekabu sourced from a family-owned seaweed company in Iwate.
